Delivery takes 2–3 working days within Lagos and 3–5 working days outside Lagos.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Lagos is between ₦3,000 and ₦10,000 depending on your location. It’s ₦4,000 to the South West, ₦5,000 to the South East/South South, and ₦6,000 to Northern states. The exact rate for your delivery address is calculated at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards, direct bank transfer, and cash on delivery (Lagos only).
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Returns and exchanges must be raised within 3 days of your invoice date. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact, along with your original receipt. See our full Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Fill out our Exchange/Return Request Form and follow the steps provided. Once we receive your parcel, processing generally takes 5 working days.
Is cash on delivery available everywhere?
Cash on delivery is only available for customers within Lagos. For deliveries outside Lagos, please pay by card or bank transfer.
